2018


In 2018, Budweiser sponsored Lollapalooza Brazil for the first time. But the brand has a much deeper connection with the festival: Bud was the official beer of the first Lollapalooza, that happened in 91’, in the United States. We thought that was a great opportunity to show our connection with indie music and the alternative scene of the '90s, using its visual approach.

To evoke the real '90s spirit, we invited Luiz Thunderbirds, a iconic MTV VJ to create content drops, using the same chroma key look n' feel.

We also created few stunts to help fans top achieve the dream to be side by side with their favorite artist, launching job opportunities like collect guitar pick of your favorite guitar player on stage, dressing room food tester, among others.

Slap the VCR
Last minute tickets

To support the fans in every moment, we created a easteregg on the TV Spot, hiding a link on Youtube. When the user click on the video when the VCR brokes, they were redirected to a online game Beavis-and-butthead-inpired, that can give free last minute tickets.
